Fourteen custom single family homes
designed creatively from A to Z, completed in 2014 located in Burke Mountain, Coquitlam.

Our goal was to create an open concept, unique interior with creative architectural features in a very cost effective manner to make these houses stand out in the Burke Mountain competitive Real Estate market.

The space planning for the 3600 sq.ft. interiors were done in a manner to maximize the room sizes and seating arrangement. An imaginative and eye catching ceiling design using a variety of heights brought a flow of movement and elegance to the living spaces.

The clean and contemporary fireplace complements the concept and ceiling design. The warm earthy tones of materials blend well with the soft and warm color scheme of the space throughout the house. A variety of interesting and innovative materials were carefully selected to create a
consistent flow of color scheme and link the areas beautifully together.

The result of the Interior Design and construction was very successful working with a limited budget and tight schedule. Two of the houses were pre-sold before the construction was completed. The others two were sold within the first weeks of listings.
