My goal was to create an inspiring modern classic interior highlighted with beautiful and elegant old world touch. Curved lines in carefully customized and selected furniture, innovative lighting, unique accessories, rich architectural elements along with a bold grand piano, all played an important role to create a sophisticated yet welcoming ambiance.
The process of working on a colour scheme was challenging like a puzzle in a way that all the window treatments, area rug and upholstery had to be customized with the right materials, patterns, textures and colors in order to create the mood and coordination of champagne and grey tones. Some materials that enhanced the rich feeling throughout the space were antique mirrors on the side table and entry mirror, silk area rug and drapery, velvet upholstery and clear/gold hand blown Murano chandeliers.
Dining area had a dramatic role on the concept by featuring a 3D old world wallpaper, black flying led flames chandelier, neutral clean modern leather dining chairs combined with a minimalistic wood dining table which was accentuated by black velvet chairs in bigger scale to create visual interest in terms of harmony and balance.
