Saadabaad Residence

(under construction)

This stunning modern classic residence is located across the Sa’dabad Palace Complex (Persian: – Majmue ye Sa’dābād) is a 300 hectare complex built by the Qajar and Pahlavi ھعومجم دابآدعس monarchs, located in Shemiran, Greater Tehran, Iran.

The complex includes more than 180 hectares of natural forest, streets, qanats, galleries, mansions/palaces and museums.

One of our favorite and challenging projects, currently at the final stage of the architectural details and in a process of preparation for one of a kind decorating and interior design ideas.

We were inspired by stunning Sa’dabad palaces and that’s how the concept was born. Our vision was to create an artistic villa inspired by Persian and European, modern and old world architecture.

We searched extensive techniques in order to create the desired architectural details. Some of the
techniques utilized throughout the projects are: Hajjari, Yazdibandi, Gachkari, Mogharnas, Ayeneh
kari, Kharatti, Ghalam Zani, Gerehchini, stone and metals laser cut and unique handcrafted arches
and details.

Some of the materials that played an important role to deliver the modern classic concept were Book matched marble slabs, Antique mirrors, Onyx stones, Barisol, Chevron Hardwood floors.
